Virtual workstation setups from item and assembly validation in Halocline provide a solution.

The challenge was to design a new 1,800 m² manufacturing space while restructuring an existing part of the factory.

An increasing product variety on single workstations posed a challenge for Siemens in Karlsruhe. Fast and flexible planning was required.

Redesigning single workstations to a flow line – this had to be implemented in the shortest possible time and with hardly any data available. The project was completed in just three weeks.

Rawie is planning a new, ultra-modern location in Niedersachsenpark to expand their capacity. A new corporate headquarters with 4,800 m² of production space is being built there.
